Privacy Policy

How we handle your inquiries, order details, payment acknowledgments, and website statistics.

Updated October 16, 2026 · United States orders

What this policy covers

This policy explains how BassWave Boxes LLC handles information from our website, Facebook and Messenger (including Marketplace inquiries you send to us), Instagram, TikTok, calls, texts, quotes, and orders. Platforms, payment services, carriers, and our website hosting provider also process information under their own policies.

Information you share

We receive information you provide, such as your name, social account name, contact information, messages, photos, vehicle and audio-system details, measurements, build preferences, shipping address, and payment confirmation details. We use it to respond, prepare quotes, design and fulfill orders, provide updates and support, follow up on your inquiry, and maintain necessary business records.

The website quote form sends your name, email or phone number, vehicle and system details, preferences, notes, and any photos you attach to our private build inbox. Contact details and photos require owner sign-in to access. Uploaded photos may include metadata from your device; avoid including information you do not want to share. We use a daily hash of network information to limit repeated submissions; the quote record does not retain your raw IP address. Submitting a request authorizes us to reply about that build, not to add you to a marketing list.

Before opening a payment service from this site, the payment form sends your name, optional order reference, chosen provider, and acknowledgment to our server. We store these with the date, time, policy versions, and acknowledgment wording as an order-related record. This records acknowledgment, not payment completion. We do not request or store your card or bank details through this form.

Social platform inquiries and lead tools

Facebook, Messenger, Instagram, and TikTok process your messages under their own policies. When enabled, platform lead forms, contact capture, or automated chats may collect contact details you supply and organize them into a lead record available to us. For example, TikTok auto-lead capture may identify a phone number or email address you share in a chat. We use received details for the inquiry and related order support.

Providing information for a quote does not automatically subscribe you to promotional email or text campaigns. We obtain any separately required permission for marketing and follow the platform’s messaging rules. Ask us to stop inquiry follow-ups at any time. Please do not send passwords, complete card details, or government identification numbers in messages or quote fields.

Website statistics and browser storage

Our visitor counter records page loads, time of visit, referring website name, general device category, and activity signals while the page is visible. It uses a random browser identifier stored locally for up to 90 days to estimate visitors. The counter does not store your name, email, or IP address. It is separate from named order acknowledgment records; we do not join those records to the counter.

Owner reports require sign-in. The counter respects Global Privacy Control, Do Not Track, and the browser opt-out on our visitor statistics page. Hosting and security providers may separately process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and secure the site. External links send you to services that have their own data practices.

Sharing and security

We do not sell or rent inquiry or order contact information or share it with unrelated businesses for their own marketing. We share information as needed with messaging, hosting, business storage, payment, shipping, accounting, and other service providers to operate the business and fulfill orders. We may disclose information when legally required or reasonably needed to protect people, prevent fraud, or resolve disputes.

We operate in the United States. Service providers may process information in other countries with different protections. Access to business records is limited to those who need it for these purposes. No electronic service can guarantee complete security. The payment providers linked from our site handle payment credentials under their own policies; the payment buttons do not guarantee that a transaction qualifies for a provider’s purchase protection.

Retention and your choices

We keep inquiry information while needed to respond and manage potential orders. We may retain order, payment acknowledgment, and support records longer for fulfillment, accounting, legal obligations, and disputes. When records are no longer needed, we delete or de-identify them, subject to provider backup and retention practices.

You can ask to access, correct, or delete information we hold, or ask us to stop inquiry follow-ups. We may verify your identity and retain records needed for an ongoing order or legal obligations. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to a portable copy, to object or restrict processing, withdraw consent, or appeal a decision. Where a legal basis is required, we rely as appropriate on your requested pre-order steps, performance of your order, legal obligations, consent, or legitimate business interests. Contact us with “Privacy request” and enough details to locate your records.

Adults and policy updates

Our quote, order, and social lead services are intended for adults age 18 or older, or the legal age of majority where higher. We do not knowingly collect children’s information for these services. Tell us if you believe a child’s information was submitted so we can review it.

We update this page and its date when practices change. Where required, we provide additional notice or seek consent before a change applies. Social-platform privacy information is available from Meta and TikTok.
