Here’s what to expect when you order from BassWave.
Do you sell digital subwoofer box plans I can build myself?
Yes. You can request digital design only without ordering a built box. Select Digital Design or SketchUp Plan in the quote form. Pricing, deliverables and turnaround are quoted for your job.
What files do I receive with a SketchUp plan?
Your quote specifies the file formats, software version, dimensions and deliverables included. Tell us which software and version you use before approving the quote. Compatibility with every program or version is not guaranteed.
Can I get just a cut list without a full design?
Yes, you can request a Cut List quote. Send your existing design, dimensions and material details so we can confirm whether a cut list alone is appropriate or additional design work is needed.
Do digital plans include build instructions?
DIY build instructions and cut lists are included only when explicitly listed in your individual quote. Ask for the level of guidance you need before approving the work.
How long do digital plans take?
Digital design turnaround is quoted per job. The physical enclosure build-time estimate does not apply to digital plans.
What kinds of custom subwoofer boxes do you build?
BassWave Boxes builds ported subwoofer boxes with slot or aero ports, 4th- and 6th-order bandpass enclosures, and custom-fit boxes for under-seat, hatch, trunk, and blow-through installations. We plan the enclosure around your subwoofer models, amplifier power, available space, and listening goals. Request a custom subwoofer box quote.
What do you need for a quote?
Your subwoofer models and quantity, amplifier, vehicle, available space, finish preferences, and pickup or shipping location. Include the smallest opening the box must fit through. Use the quote form above to send your details and photos directly to the shop.
What does my deposit cover?
Your quote states the deposit and total price. The deposit counts toward your total and authorizes the agreed design, materials, and build process. It is not an extra fee. We confirm the details and expected shipment or pickup date before you pay.
How long will my build take?
For physical enclosures, the current build time is 3 WEEKS. Digital design turnaround is quoted separately. We confirm the schedule and expected shipment or pickup date with your physical enclosure order. Carrier travel time is separate. If shipment is delayed, we contact you with the choice to agree to the delay or cancel for a full refund of the unshipped order, as required by law.
How do I get updates?
Keep your quote conversation handy and contact us there, or call/text (541) 379-0329 with your name and build details. We use your order conversation for design approvals and important schedule or delivery updates.
Is shipping included? Can I pick up?
Your written quote confirms whether shipping is included or separate and the agreed charge. Pickup in Roseburg is by appointment. We confirm any special freight requirements before payment. Read the shipping details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. Changes may affect price or timing and need written agreement. Before work or material commitments, cancellation receives a refund. After that, any lawful deduction reflects reasonable documented losses. Completed custom boxes matching your approved order are not returnable just for a change of mind. See returns and cancellations.
What if there is damage or a problem with my box?
Contact us promptly with the details and photos when available. Keep shipping packaging if damaged and avoid installing a damaged box. We review defects, incorrect orders, and shipping damage and arrange an appropriate repair, replacement, or refund under our Return & Refund Policy. Your legal rights still apply.
